President and CEO
Oscar joined in May 2017 and currently serves as President & CEO for Tunstall Americas. He brings with him more than 33 years of cross-functional experience gained in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Oscar led the North America Commercial Operations team for Invacare Corporation, a NYSE listed company operating in the medical equipment industry. Prior to Invacare, he spent most of his career at Johnson & Johnson where he completed several international assignments based in a number of different global locations. Oscar earned a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University – Williams College of Business in Cincinnati.
Senior VP, Commercial Operations
Venkat Sathiyamoorthy is key to Tunstall’s commercial focus on customer experience. Venkat joined Tunstall Americas in 2011 after having served as a Strategic Delivery Head for an International Contact Center serving global clientele in the Telecom, BFSI, and Market Intelligence space. He brings 15 years of Operational expertise on Project Management, Service Delivery, and Process Excellence. He was instrumental in the global expansion of many of his clients. Venkat holds a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation, a Masters from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, and a MDP Certification from IIM- Ahmedabad.
Senior VP, Human Resources & Administration
In 2012, Seth joined Tunstall as Vice President of Human Resources. In 2015, Seth was elevated to the position of Senior Vice President. Prior to Tunstall, Seth served as Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources for The Starec Trust and the Really Cool Food Company. In that capacity, he was responsible for all HR operations and administrative matters for a family office. Seth comes to Tunstall with a legal background, having served as an Assistant District Attorney and running his own practice for 10 years.
Senior VP, Sales and Customer Acquisition
Lou Shapiro joined Tunstall Americas in March 2006 as Managing Director of MD OnCall and Capitol Medical Bureau, companies that Lou founded and sold to Tunstall. Lou was appointed as Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2009 accountable for growth of the Patient Access Solutions business. Lou is currently Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Acquisition for all of Tunstall Americas. He offers Tunstall more than 20 years of robust business development acumen and sales leadership. Lou was educated at Northeastern University’s School of Communications.
Nikhil Shah joined Tunstall Americas in April 2017 as the company's VP Finance. He has held numerous finance roles throughout his career, including 15 years with Praxair in different accounting roles and involved with several startups before coming to Tunstall. Nikhil is also a Chartered Accountant and earned his MBA at University of Buffalo.
VP, Information Technology
In September 2017, Grant joined Tunstall Americas as VP of Information Technology. Grant brings with him more than two decades of IT experience working for large global Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Tunstall, Grant served as Global IT Director for Kellogg’s, partnering with various operational business units. He helped develop long-term strategy, drive down costs, increase efficiencies, and implement sustainable business processes. Prior to Kellogg’s, Grant spent eighteen years at Procter and Gamble managing a wide range of global IT projects and programs, including Call Center development and set up.
Director, Product Management
Andrew McIntosh joined Tunstall Americas in 2013 to direct product management activities, bringing over 25 years experience within the UK based Tunstall Healthcare Group where he lead many product innovation and business development initiatives and played a key role in Tunstall's international expansion into Europe, Australasia, and North America, and in the establishment of telecare and telehealth markets in the UK. Andrew has a background in computer and communication systems engineering, is a member of the BCS Chartered Institute of IT, and holds a BSc in Electronic Communication from the University of Salford.
VP, Operations & Supply Chain
Erez Pick joined Tunstall Americas in 2012 as the Director of Medical Devices Operations, joined the senior leadership team in 2014 in the expanded role of Group Director of Operations, and in 2015 he was promoted to the Vice President of Operations. Erez brings with him over 30 years of leadership, management, and operational experience in the medical devices and healthcare industries, extensive experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, product development and global manufacturing operations, and holds several patents on orthopedic devices. Prior to joining Tunstall, Erez served in senior leadership positions in various medical device companies. Erez holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
